•     Responsible for the single source Freestyle Platform business for the company which is transitioning our customers from Plastic to Paper Cartridges and a system savings of $2M


•     Facilitated change management process for the facility which on-boarded new leadership team that assessed current gaps and established routines that allowed for immediate improvements in line efficiency and yield loss of $1M through TPM and CI standardization


•     Standardized people training plan for the entire site allowing us to determine critical skill set gaps and develop solutions to address and improve performance in key areas such as maintenance and production


•     Developed 3 year plan to eliminate significant outsourcing spend and bring work into the facility by transitioning work to teams on site which improved engagement and reduced costs by over $500K in year one


•     Implemented financial cost center ownership among team that drove accountability to the supervisor and line operator level contributing towards significant savings and improved employee engagement


•     Realigned facility Safety program which resulted in a 50% improvement in OSHA recordable rates versus prior year


•     Successfully rolled out an employee engagement process for the site which included a 12 month calendar of facility engagement events as well as addressing work/life balance opportunities through improving work schedules

•     Leveraged Six Sigma processes to ensure efficiency and yield deliverables by developing employee’s to lead critical work streams for the facility which resulted in a 15% improvement in line efficiencies


•     Integrated “Lean” management practices into the business plan to improve yield loss
