Voyage is actively seeking individual(s) for the position of Healthcare Recruiter. Successful applicants must have previous sales experience, staffing related experience is given strongest consideration. Position is in-house sales, speaking to applicants for various positions within the hospital environment. Daily activities include:
Speaking to healthcare professionals
Qualifying applicants to job requirements as per client specifications
Negotiation of pay packages for potential new hire healthcare professionals
Database entry
Fielding daily issues from healthcare travelers working at Hospitals throughout the US
Collecting and assuring compliance for healthcare professionals regarding state and federal laws
Collaboration with staff members on the placement of healthcare professionals into Hospitals
Hours: 8:30 to 5:30 or 9:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday
Initial Training: Qualified applicants are trained for 90 days. During that time, management evaluates individuals regarding suitability for long-term employment.
Transportation: Individuals must have reliable transportation.
Compensation: $30,000 base plus commission every four weeks. Quarterly and Annual bonuses provided for achieving goals. Successful Recruiters earn $100,000+

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
