Data Entry Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and strong Data Entry Coordinator for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Central Florida. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest independent supplier of lumber, truss, doors and windows and has been for nearly 25 years. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will be available to work a full time work schedule Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
o Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
o Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of data entry
o Establishes and maintains data entry for customer accounts
o Reviews documents for accuracy
o Aiding in item file management
o Assisting with all other related duties
Job Requirements:
o Strong aptitude of Microsoft Office Programs - particularly Microsoft Excel
o Keen attention to detail
o Passion for closure and strong work ethic
o Ability to take on assignments and finish them accurately and on time
o Effective communications, both verbal and written
Education:
o High school diploma or GED
o BA/BS preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
