Inside Sales Associate
General Statement/Purpose of Job: This position provides direct support to the sales and marketing staff by assisting customers with pricing, lead times, product information, and layout support. In addition, this position will be asked to assist with general marketing support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in using computers, interest in helping people, comfortable interacting with customers, self-starter, detailed oriented, and enjoy learning new programs and techniques.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Assist existing customers with pricing and product information.
o Assist Sales team with application drawings.
o Assist marketing manager with cut sheet updates, brochure updates, web updates, catalog creation, and other miscellaneous marketing requests.
o Interface with sales to understand new fixture requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Great computer skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Strong willingness to learn
o Problem solving and critical thinking skills
o Adaptability
Education and Experience Requirements:
o Associates degree or higher (Preferred, but not required)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
