Administrative Assistant Receptionist


Job Description:
o Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
o Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
o Direct and escort visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination or waiting rooms
o Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
o Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments
o Create and print fax sheets, memos, mail, reports and other documents
o Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company
Requirements:
o Education: High School degree/GED
o
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
o Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
o Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
o Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
o Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
o Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
