Our client company has recently opened a distribution center in the Sanford area to support the variety of sporting goods products that they provide to their customers. It's a comparatively small operation where the office admin has the opportunity to have their hands in everything the business is involved in. If you like to work independently and without a lot of supervision and find it exciting to be in an environment that supports recreational products, this could be the opportunity for you. It's a pleasant and smoke free environment, so we ask that only non-smokers apply.
Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:
? At least two years prior experience as an office administrator
? The ability to handle busy phones and interface with customers
? Knowledge of common software packages (Microsoft Suite) and good keyboard skills
? QuickBooks would be a plus, and, if not, experience with some type of accounting software
? An understanding of accounts payable and receivable

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
