This position calls for a reliable and dependable professional and team player with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce an accurate, high-quality work product. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly. This position is Full-Time.
Job Requirements: At least 4 years prior experience in a paralegal capacity, including medical malpractice and trial experience Well-organized, systematic approach to work Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure Ability to interact with and interview medical professionals and witnesses Experience preparing attorneys for both depositions and trial Experience reviewing and organizing medical records Experience drafting motions and pleadings in litigation Experience in Department of Health or administrative cases preferable.
