Candidate will field and screen incoming calls, process orders and accurately represent products sold.
Previous experience preferable.
Strong communication skills and computer experience with social media and web browsers necessary.
Starting $17
per hour depending on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties Answer and route incoming calls and emails Process incoming orders from telephone, e-store, Amazon, email and other sales channels Communicate and follow up with customers regarding orders Manage customer records Qualifications and Skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong communication skills - written and verbal Extreme focus and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Self driven and strong work ethic Strong analytical thinking and math skills Fluent in English Located within 30 minute drive High school diploma Customer support experience preferable Benefits $17
