We are searching for a full-time skilled, and detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to join our Central Florida team.
The Dispatch Specialist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone and email.
You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Position
Responsibilities:
? Dispatch and route our field staff.
? Assist field staff.
? Answering the phone and directing calls.
? Scheduling and answering question regarding deliveries for customers.
? Working knowledge of computers and software.
? The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
? Strong organization and communication skills.
? High energy level and a desire to succeed.
? Great problem solving skills ? General knowledge of the Orlando area ? Additional duties or responsibilities may be required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in dispatch/customer service or a related field preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Good judgement and attention to detail Schedule:
Monday to Friday Rotating Weekends
