We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front desk.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with a warm welcome - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy in all transactions - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness - Manage guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as necessary - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and order entry - Assist with event planning and calendar management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in computerized reservation systems is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
