We are currently searching for a Scheduling Coordinator to work for our Sanford, FL office.
As a Referral Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the referral services for our nurse registry.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, must be detail/outcome-oriented and a self-starter.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:
30am-5pm but we are available on-call 24/7.
An appropriate candidate for this position will be required to share on-call with compensation.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Scheduling caregivers and making appropriate fits for our clients for varying shifts Overseeing multiple weekly client schedules and following-up to ensure successful communication Strong administrative skills Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and caregivers Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy Ability to think creatively to solve problems A strong sense of responsibility and reliability- our team only succeeds with the support of each individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills A Team Player Must be computer savvy and have the ability to learn quickly If you are passionate about coordinating care services and ensuring the highest standards of care, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
