Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment - Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages - Handle cash transactions, operate cash register, and process payments accurately - Upsell additional drinks and menu items to increase revenue - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register with accuracy - Experience in catering or hospitality industry is a plus - Basic understanding of retail math for calculating bills and making change We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
