Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support:
Respond to customer service support tickets and handle backup customer service calls, providing assistance with product inquiries and order status updates.
Data Entry:
Perform basic data entry tasks in CRM software, such as updating customer information and processing orders, under supervision.
Document Support:
Assist with basic tasks such as document lamination, photocopying, and filing to support office operations.
Inventory Assistance:
Aid in counting and organizing inventory under the guidance of senior team members to maintain accurate records.
Order Processing Support:
Assist in processing inventory orders, coordinating shipments, tracking and monitoring shipments, and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a logistics, office or administrative support role preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
(Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Expected Call and Email Volumes:
An average of 50 inbound calls per day.
Manage multiple inboxes in Outlook.
An average of 30 incoming emails per day.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Frequent sitting.
Frequently utilizes visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
Occasional lifting of items under 20 pounds.
