Senior Living Asset Management Senior Living Asset Management Sanford, FL Sanford, FL Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour Looking for an Accounting Clerk for recording and maintaining the daily financial transactions for Senior Living Asset Management affiliated entities while ensuring bills are paid on time and transactions are recorded accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (The following is an outline of responsibilities and not intended to be a comprehensive list):
Accounts Payable - AP processing including review of invoices and coding correctly, verifying and reconciling a variety of transactions.
Vendor file maintenance including address updates, contact information, Terms, and W-9,.
Weekly check processing.
Credit Card reconciling.
Accounts Receivable - Collection calls, Review resident set-up and billing.
Medicaid Billing - Submission, application of payments and follow up.
Month end - Assist with month end and year end closings.
Payroll - Review submissions for accuracy and backup.
Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures.
Must have Data Entry skills, be well organized, and pay attention to detail.
Qualified candidates need to be proficient with computers and have the ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience is a plus.
Pay range is dependent on experience Must be able to pass a Level II Background Screening and Credit Check.
