Brew Theory is a contract beverage manufacturer with Florida locations in both Orlando and Sanford, and an additional location in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Brew Theory is currently in the process of rapidly expanding our operations to increase our production capabilities to meet demand.
We are need of 3 - 4 experienced production line operators to lead teams of support staff in daily manufacturing duties.
Our goal is to eventually establish a 'two shift per 24 hour day' schedule, with the possibility of three shifts once we are able to staff effectively.
We are hiring for both our Sanford and Orlando facilities, be sure to communicate which location you may prefer.
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced manufacturing line operators to join our team.
Even if you don't have experience in beverage production, we can train you for our specific needs.
As a Line Operator / Team Leader, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment to ensure an efficient and safe production process, as well as , leading your support team in daily duties.
Rate of pay is $20.
00 to $30.
00 per hour based on previous experience and skill set.

Duties:
- Operate production line equipment, such as conveyors, fillers, pumps, and packaging machines - Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operations and identify any issues or malfunctions - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working condition - Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed for cleaning or repairs - Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate or modify equipment parts - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing materials - Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as required Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues - Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred - Ability to assemble, disassemble, and fabricate machinery using hand tools and power tools - Familiarity with operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus Note:
