Responsibilities:
Answer questions via phone, email, and in-person Build rapport with guests and identify their needs.
We are seeking a positive, friendly Customer Service Representative our EUSTIS, SANFORD DRY CLEANING locations.
The CSR must be energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented.
The CSR must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations.
Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

Reports issues to managers/owners
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality Familiarity with textiles/ fabrics standards Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Computer literacy Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation Able to lift 30 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
