Responsibilities:
Answer questions via phone, email, and in-person Build rapport with guests and identify their needs.
We are seeking a positive, friendly Customer Service Representative our EUSTIS, SANFORD DRY CLEANING locations.
The CSR must be energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented.
The CSR must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations.
Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
