- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or similar role preferred - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed Note:
