We are a small but rapidly growing welding/miscellaneous metals shop in Sanford.
Your primary job will be to support our Project Managers/Shop Manager/General Manager with day to day administrative work and help keep the office moving efficiently.
Job Details:
Answering Inbound Phone Calls.
Entering Customer Data into CRM System.
Performing CRM system maintenance/cleanup.
Interface with customers Completing/filing standardized documentation.
Performing customer follow up.
Completing Pre Qualification Paperwork for GCs Creating, maintaining, and improving process manuals.
Maintaining Job file structure.
Generating and maintaining simple spreadsheets.
Must have good computer skills.
