Considering the flow of these orders, candidates must have excellent attention to detail.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
Processing at least 70% of the orders Process order payments through the merchant portal Process EDI-based orders Call or email customers if a payment declined/order issues File processed invoice where they belong New customer onboarding documents Candidates must:
Preferably living in Orlando or in Sanford (easy commute access).
Have great attention to detail Be highly organized (small errors can cause big mistakes!) Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus! Be proficient with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
