This is an exciting opportunity for an operational leader to join a passionate team committed to exceeding our customers expectations.
We employ creative graphic designers, professional sales executives, and an experienced production team.
Using the latest production equipment, we are proud of the exceptional quality of our favored garments.
Expectations:
Manage a culture of accurate, high-quality output that meets and/or exceeds our customers' expectations.
Schedule and prioritize work projects.
Liaison between production, logistics, sales, and art departments Maintain supplies as needed to meet customer deadlines.
Hire and coordinate the training of new employees.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Troubleshoot issues and ensure employees have the tools and processes they need to successfully achieve operational expectations.
Evaluate operations for process improvement.
Create a cadence and metrics for production standing meetings, scheduling, supply orders and employee and temp staffing to meet customer expectations.
Manage cross training to ensure all positions have redundancy.
Execute employee reviews, one on one meetings, and team meetings Provide company leadership and stakeholders with production status reporting Ensure machine maintenance is scheduled accordingly Observe and promote safe and efficient work practices Additional responsibilities as needed Desired skills and
