Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, organizing files, and ensuring deadlines are met - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff as needed - Transcribe meeting minutes or other important information accurately Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role preferred - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools or similar office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.
