Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Collections Assist with Payroll processing Reconciliation of credit card and bank statements Maintain confidentiality of all financial and intercompany data Keep customer profiles up to date Review daily communications within Accounting and other related departments Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries Any other tasks as assigned Qualifications for Accounting Assistant At minimum, High School diploma and 1-2 years of experience as administrative/accounting assistant.
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently on assigned duties (position is heavily task oriented).
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
