This is in-person work opportunity (not remote).
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Marketplace Websites.
Manage, create and update product listings with product information, pricing, pictures, and content on all Marketplace Websites.
Optimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion rates Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders Stay up-to-date with Marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance Assist buyers who have issues with their orders or shipments to a satisfactory resolution.
Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes and policy to support customers in navigating eCommerce marketplaces.
SCHEDULE 8 hour shift (In office - This is not a remote position) Monday to Friday REQUIREMENTS At least High School or Associate Degree.

years experience selling products online on marketplaces for a verified business.
Proficient with Excel and managing spreadsheets.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work within a small team and in a fast-paced working environment.
Problem solver, Quick learner, Sales mind.
