more RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with CFO Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
Work closely with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly AR reports to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our accounting system.
Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Oversee the payment processes including entering vendor invoices, coding of invoices, and processing vendor payments.
Review source payable documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval authority in accordance with policies and procedures.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:
As an associate, you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties or assist with other business needs as required.
MINIMUM 2
years of experience in billing, AR, or Accounts Receivable Dependable and consistent with attendance Work with minimal supervision Experience with SAP system preferred.
Must be MS Excel proficient.
Background check required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work Hours:
