L3Harris Flight Academy is an accredited flight school located within the Orlando-Sanford International Airport.
We provide an excellent and rigorous flight training program for those passionate about flying and wanting to pursue a career as a professional pilot.
We have a diverse student body with students from over 30 different countries enrolled in our programs.
We are expanding our admissions and operations team and are hoping to find the right candidate to help us meet our department goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
Support Flight Operations Managers with reporting and data entry to improve data integrity Support implementation of Training Management System objectives Develop and maintain Instructor monthly reporting survey Manage Activity Request Tracking and coordinate needs with Flight Operations Managers Monitor flight instructor trends daily Update the Training Management System with all curriculum changes.
Manage student tracking through examination process (Stage Checks) Manage FAA (Practical Tests) Disapproval Tracking process and reporting Manage the FAA Endorsement/Grad Cert Tracking process Provide regular reports to international airline and university partners Coordinate with HR to complete bonus entry and support the payroll process Enter instructor daily time into Timecard 2.
0 system Prepare customer account adjustments and track trends Coordinate completion of required training modules for Flight Operations staff Manage training trends reporting (tracking and preparing unsatisfactory, incomplete, instructor anomalies) Verify course enrollments meet the criteria for registration Audit student training records for accuracy and compliance Maintain non-revenue equipment hours within determined parameters.
Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
Supports Operations in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and forecasting of KPI's
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Associates degree is preferred.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Two years in customer service, data collection, or operations including aviation, flight operations, or business operations.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
Efficiently and effectively utilize a computer and related software including Microsoft Suite, building spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
Ability to handle multi-tasking, organization, and efficient work to accomplish daily/weekly/monthly objectives of the position and operations department.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
